For a lava level that you will probably never use/make/etc. ...le sigh. A right shame, because it's rocking (as I'm sure the game it's backing up would be). The loop is seamless, and enough energy and hesitancy to denote the awesomeness of traveling over lava...and the danger of it. ;)

SinclairStrange responds:

Thanks! I usually go through lots of ideas/protos before I commit and make a game. This one just didn't catch my intention enough and I scrapped it before even showing anything off. >.<

Walking through an old village indeed

Yep! I really get the feeling of an old fantasy type style village of this. Not too much happening in terms of energy, but that's the way it's supposed to be in such places and times.

And in other news, I think this is perfect for the video project I have in mind. ;)

Perfected n Mellow

This is a perfected to the point before it loops, where the intro bass starts a little too load and off from the beat. Small and really not necessary, and wouldn't be noticed unless someone is really listening to it. Shouldn't bother anyone too much, because the sound is very soothing.

Mellow as heck

I like the feeling this song conveys. No sheer joy, nor sadness. Just a bit of harmony and peace. This is the feeling that should be felt after any great struggle. If for just a moment, then onto the next one. ;)

I See What Ya Did There!

I went and looked at the remix first like you asked, and...well, I can see what you did there. You improved upon the same work and feeling of the original. And nothing makes me smile more than to know good music can be made better (even if it really doesn't need it).

I am Relexing Now

Very sutle music, as to be expected from the theme and type. Quite literally a percussion and flute joygasm, and just the thing to set a relaxing mood. Well done.

Hollywood here we come

I don't think I can stress how well made this sounds. The tension of the music is incredible, and yes, this is perfect for the soundtrack for a movie sequence. Well done.

ProudAardvark responds:

Hey JS, Thanks so much! I'm actually trying to break into film scoring so this is great to hear.

Can it be used?

I can't even tell where this said screaming person is, or why this is titled as China...not that it matters much. It's a complex loop, that's for sure, though I wonder where is can be placed to compliment visual media. It would not loop (or it would be shortened), since the spoken words at the end are out of place. Would like to see how it could be used in such a medium. Interesting sound all the same.

SymbolCymbal responds:

the entire track is screaming.

Good to listen on the go

Clean guitar licks always get the best of me, as do simple tracks. Just because music can be complex doesn't mean it needs to be, or that simple ones can't be enjoyable. Sure, it feels like it should be under 4 minutes instead of over 5, but that's a minimal issue. It's a good tune to listen to whilst relaxing.

Pokemon is always Golden

The second guitar riff was a nice change of pace in the second run through, and much appreciated. What else can be said? Pokemon had some good music.

It's easier to imagine the end of the world than the end of capitalism.
